hey george how do i tend to the 10 day rule what is the procedure in this. thank youThe 10 day rule applies to those who have been arrested for Dui and either refuse a breath test down at the station or take it and score an .08 or more (.02 for minors…) A letter requesting a an administrative license suspension hearing to the Georgia DDS (dept of driver’s services) must go out within 10 business days of your arrest. They will need the arrest date, your dob, address and driver’s license number. The letter requesting the refusal hearing must be accompanied by a check for $150, made out to Ga DDS.
