However, even though I am guessing when you hear the first thre letters of my problem you will close your eyes and shake you head neatively PLEASE do not!!! The three letters...POA (PROPERTY HOME ASSOCIATION) George I live in a neiborhood where there are 6 homes... yes 6... as in SIX. Well unfortunately in this small six home area we have a POA president who hates, would spit on, kick, set on fire, anyone of my family members and he is using the HOA to threatening legal action against my four kids, my wife and myself. In short, I want to be proactive in taking action against the POA and there are several reasons of which I can prove with pics, videos and their own letters that I am being attacked unfairly and with extreme bias.
