questioned using sick time  asked 22 Sep 2011
I called in sick to work and was repeatedly accused of being drunk because I was attending a wedding the night prior. About a month later the administrator called me into a board meeting and they again asked why I was absent. Is this legal?

Your employer is allowed to question the authenticity of a sick day that is used. That, in and of itself, is legal. I suggest that you be cautious with the manner in which you respond to their questions.
