My wife ran a red light in a car that was registered to me in Athens GA. It was sent in my name. I can prove that I was at work at the time of the picture. Should I pay the ticket?

There is an affidavit that you can fill out on the form they sent you. This would mean that you would swear in writing that you were not driving the car. That may work… Remember, if you elect to pay it, it does NOT show up on your driving record.
