Speeding ticket asked 25 Jan 2011
I was recently pulled over on ga. 400 by A.P.D. for doing 88 in a 55. Does this make me a super speeder? Should I hire an attorney to try to minimize the damage to my otherwise good driving record?Ask the prosecutor to lower the speed to 14 mph over the posted speed limit (69 in a 55). If they are agreeable to this, it won’t show on your record. If they are not flexible, hire a lawyer.
