okay my question is that say your at a intersection and the it said above on the traffic light pole to not turn right (sign). Will you get a ticket and if you do will it give you points on your drivers record in the state of Georgia?

O.C.G.A 40-6-120 A1 is the controlling statute. If you plead guilty, you can receive 3 points on your driving record. It takes 15 points in a 2 year period to get suspended. If you plead “Nolo”, you would receive zero points.
