Hello George. I listen to you on the Regular Guys. Several years ago (maybe '05) I got arrested in Arkansas for possesion of MJ less than oz, paraphenalia and soliciting (magazines) without a permit. They let me go go the next day wanting me to come to court later. I never went to court because I came home to GA. About a year ago I wanted to by a firearm but couldn't after a background check. A lady did a background check on me & said I had a warrant in Florida for the above chages. But was never in FL. What should I do?

You should contact Florida (and Arkansas) to see if there is an outstanding warrant. If so, you must take care of it immediately! Regardless, if the drug charge sticks, you may still be precluded from getting a gun permit in GA.
